Eastwood (http://www.eastwoodco.com) has a windshield polishing kit that
works....it's a lot of work & time, and you have to do it evenly, but you
can get rid of some of the pitting. Don't expect miracles. You have to be
careful not to press to hard (it heats up the windshield and warps it). I
used it on an old car I once owned when new windshields became
