WTB - wood trim around shift knob for 92 100 series

If anybody out there in quattro land knows where I can get a used wood
trim which goes around the AT shifter, please let me know. I am going to
call Carlson to see how much a new one is, but don't really NEED one,
it's just that wood looks better than the current black plastic piece.  
This is one of the few 92-94 100's I have seen without the wood,
especially considering its a CS model.  Probably has something to do
with it being a first year '92.  Appreciate any info.
