So the salescreep was "hurt" because you held him to the various promises
he made in order to sell the car to you?

What a shame. Just like politicians, these clowns think that they can say
absolutely ANYTHING and once they get what they want (the sale, or the
election),  no one will remind them of the "promises" that they made.

Good for you, and give 'em hell! Pity the fax direct to Audi didn't go
through.
