'87 4KQ A/C compressor , Coupe price

Hi all, 

My '87 4KQ is in need of a A/C compressor, local mechanic told me he 
can get a used one from Hunts Point salvage yard for $150 and another 
$150 to charge the system.  Is that a fair price?  

Secondly, I went to Lime Rock Park and watched the Dodge Challenge 
today.  On my way home through Route 22 in Pawling, NY, I saw a black 
Quattro Coupe parked in a parking lot for sale.  I am interested in 
it and will call the owner tomorrow.  Does anyone have any 
information or know of this car?  It is black, 133K miles, black 
leather, Borbet wheels with Pirelli 4000 tires, cracked front(left 
side) and rear(right side) bumper, cracked right headlight, and rear 
hatch key hole appears to have endured break in attemps.  It has 
Massuchutte plate, and also CT inspection from '97.  The body seems 
to be straight.  What is the fair price if mechanics are sound?  TIA
