How to Diagnos/Fix Windshield Washer on My 4kcsq

After a long Holiday weekend of repairing/restoring my new 86 4kcsq, I have
just about fixed everything.  There are only just a few things left not
working.  One of which is the windshield washer and wipers.  The basic 3
speed windshield wipers work fine, but I get no reaction what so ever from
the washer/wiper switch when I pull back on it.  I diconnected the washer
motar and tested it on the battery and found out it worked great.  The
motar sounded strong and as if it was in good shape.  I checked all fuses
in the box and really could not find a specific fuse that went to the
washer but none were blown anyway.  So my only other guess is that the
switch is bad in the steering column.  If you know of any other possible
faults please let me know.  If you believe it is to be the switch as I do
in the steering column what involves replacing it and how much does one
usually run?  Should I go to a wreaking yard or buy new?  If you have had
any experience with this pleas let me know, I appreciate it. I have had a
lot of luck in fixing everything I have posted to the list.
