Interior swap

Hey gang,

Just wanted to know how hard it was to swap out one interior for
another.  The car is an '87 5KTQ, and the interior is blue (everything
is blue!).  Want to install a black sport leather interior.  How hard is
this task?

I think the seats and door panels won't be a problem, but it is the dash
and console I am worried about!  Has anyone ever replaced this (like,
repleaced a cracked dash)?  I want to know if this is something I should
attemp or should I leave this job to an expert?  TIA.
