Where is the Waste Gate Freq. Valve on a 200TQ?

Anyone,
This weekend I was cleaning up the Instrument Cluster conections on my
brother in laws 200TQ (20V) and he was telling me that the engine has
been running like cr*p lately.  Looked in the engine compartment and
noticed right off that there was no vacuum hose going to the waste
gate!!!  I looked all over that engine compartment and for the life of
me I could not find the waste gate freq. valve or a vacuum hose that
looked like it belongs there.

What gives???  Does the 200TQ 20V have a W/G F/V?  If so where is the
darn thing located?
