RE: Audi Cabrio (was: memorial day, small towns, and Audis.)

I have a moderate quality copy of this article that another "lister" sent 
to me via fax.  I could scan it and see how it turns out if you'd like but 
I don't think the quality would be that good.  The car is truly radical - 
it's basically a Cab' version of an RS2 with substantial performance mods. 
 Has the 17" Porsche "cup-style" wheels, S2 front-end, 428 HP, 0-60 in 3.9 
seconds.  The downside is that it took him (Kim is a "He"...) two and a 
half years and how knows how much $$$ to do it - and he has his own tuning 
shop, which I unfortunately don't.  If his shop were "stateside" I 
seriously would have to consider getting a second job/second 
mortgage/second wife??  to have him modify my Cab' accordingly, but when 
you factor in the cost of shipping a car across to England...well, even I 
have to draw the line somewhere.  :  )
