'86CGT rim sizing

At the point where I have to make a decision as to the rim/tire sizing.

The car goes in on the 15th of June for body and paint and if I need some flaring now is the time to make the decision.

Winter - will be the orig. 14's (loaded snow's & chains; 0-60 in about a-week-and-a-half or under 5sec if I move to Winnipeg).

Summer - it was originally suggested that I move to 15x6 4-5 spoke rims.

Problem is that the selection of quality 15x6 rims in a 4 bolt is very limited and very expensive in Canada.

Would a 15x7 work or does that 1" kill the turning radius or worse dull the fenders.

btw - I do not plan to lower the suspension.
