Hey, if you're just worried about the hood (and not the bumper and
such), 
you can get a bra that just goes on the hood.  It's kinda flat and the 
cords with hooks provide the fitting.  A friend had one on a Nissan
Hardbody, 
and it looked made for the car.  It's just a universal doohickey, but it 
really looks (and is) fitted.

If I had to use a bra (I'd go to the gym, haha), I'd look into this one.
I 
don't know where you could find one, but I'm sure he got it at Pep Boys.
