     Forget about chasing the symptoms and resolve the problem.
     Sure sounds like you've got a VERY leaky heater core. You
     might also want to check the outside water drains to see
     if any of them are clogged up, forcing the water into the
     cabin to be evaporated and condensed on the windscreen.
     If it really gets bad and you can't find the source, a
     periscope through the sunroof might be an option ;)
