Well, not quite on film, but honorable (?) mention:

In the recent movie "Shooting Fish", British actress Kate Beckinsale
bursts into an executive meeting room and asks who owns a red Audi, because
it is about to be towed.  The way she says "Audi" is rather adorable (at
least, for those 'muricans among us who like foreign accents).  Ok, ok,
so I'll get a life...eventually.  ;-)
