Scott,

You can buy a repair kit from many of the parts houses.  I recently 
replaced mine (1990 200 quattro) for approximately $7/caliper.  Each kit
comes with two boots and some grease.  I bought mine from Import Parts
Specialists in Boise, ID.  They can be reached at 1-800-897-7278.  Ask 
for Rick or John.  You should also be able to get them from German Parts
and Restoration (1-800-321-5432) or IPC (1-800-472-1144).

Takes about fifteen minutes per caliper, counting jacking up each wheel
separately.
