Do you know about the "easy fix" for window switches?  (assuming they're 
not totally toast)  Pop off the covers and spray contact cleaner or WD40 
in there and work the switch.  Has revived many a switch.

Exhaust.  Get rid of the restrictive stock exhaust if you still have it.  
This will help spoolup of the turbo.

Simple, but not cheap.  European headlights.  Not street legal in U.S., 
but much better and justifiable in the name of safety.  Or, you can add 
driving lights.  Or both.

Have you put, or had him put, anti-squeal paste stuff on the pad backings? 
Without it, they can vibrate and make squeal noises.
