It's available anywhere, but I've seen so much horrors caused by it that I
don't think I'd ever use it.
The black stuff is hard to spray on evenly, it flakes off easily if you
scratch it and the surface is hard to prepare. Besides, it significantly
reduces light output- not a good idea if you don't like being rearended. If
you spray too close it drips off and blotches, and I've yet to see an
application that looks like a factory job. In most cases it looks like your
car burns oil, and you haven't cleaned the lights.
Save your money, and go for the headlights first- those are the useful
upgrades. If you really want smoked taillights, get the aftermarket stuff.
If you _have_ to do anything, buy the foil stuff. At least you can remove
that when it starts looking ugly.
