That's the good ole' fluorocarbon that was such a wonderful industrial
liquid for so long ... til we worked out what it does to low pressure
ozone molecules... it's inert and harmless under all conditions here on
the surface of the planet.  Used to be a real wonder chemical.  Good for
washing things that couldn't get wet, etc.

There's an awful lot of it on it's way up through the atmosphere...
