I just ordered some black ABS plastic from a local plastic dealer, the price
was 25 dollars for a 4 foot by eight foot sheet. Shipping is going to be
about ten bucks... This stuff is awesome, it glues nicely, won't rust will
weld easily provided that a plastic welding gun is used, holds up to heat ~250
degrees, and is easily formed with a heat gun. It can be had in thicknesses
from 1/16th of an inch to 1/2 inches..
