RE: tor$en in a centre application - zexel paper

I've read the paper the Dave posted and find it interesting indeed, as he
suggested, but perhaps not for the same reason(s).  

While my detailed analysis will follow soon, my initial take on it is that I
didn't find it shed any new light on the subject.  With the possible
exception of briefly discussing chassis dynamics, everything it posits has
been discussed previously (at length, as most of you will recall) and can
be/was derived from the Chocholek paper.

I appreciate Dave's efforts in obtaining this paper as well as making it
available to us for further review.  I've been continuing my research as
well and once I have the chance to gather my thougths and commit them to
writing, I'll post back with an update.
