RE: 1995 S6 for $26k?




It sounds like a low price, but not suspiciously low, for an S6, even if it
is one that's warrantied and from a dealer. However... it also lacks the CD
changer and phone (at least, I can't see them listed), which most S4s and
S6s had. I don't think that would deter me much, but it does change the cost
of the car relative to most S6s you see. I presume though that it still has
all the pre-wiring for both, so you could get the exact same effect with a
Motorola car phone and a Sony 10-disc CD changer, I think.

Personally, I always dislike and distrust dealers who highlight the fact
that a car like that has "accent stripes" and (wonder of wonders!) a
"clock".

By the way, any S-car owners know whether the fact that my owners manual
says that the S4 came with a compact spare, but a look in the trunk reveals
a full-size 16" 5-spoke comes from a typo in the manual, or just manna from
heaven?
