S4 Owners: Please Comment

I saw a '93 beautiful black S4 with black leather at a dealer yesterday
with 61K on it for $24.9

S4 Owners:  If you have the time, could you please comment on the overall
'reliability' of the car?  In other words, If I bought one and drove it for
a few years would I need to invest serious money in the car like I do now
with my 5KTQ?

I think I can imagine the performance factors -- but please, fell free to
comment on the performance of your car as well..

Also, is $24.9 a good deal for a 93 with 61K?

This car had no S4 badges front nor rear -- nothing that would indicate it
was an S-4, but it definitely is.
