You can get a rebuilt rack (done with stainless steel sleeve, and
guaranteed for as long as you own it) from Jorgen Automotive in
Ann Arbor, MI.  1-800-333-0600.  The price is very reasonable at
around $160 (you need to pay a core charge which is refunded when
you return the old rack to them).

I have one of Jorgen's racks in my 5KT now and am happy with it. 
No more leaks!
