Plug wires for 4KQ

Hi all, 

My '87 4KQ seems to run rich, poor milage as well as surging.  I plan 
to change the plugs, plug wires and clean the ISV.  Any suggestion on 
type of plugs, plug wires and a mail order place that is reputable?
