horn going off when turning

Help folks!

I washed the car this week and sprayed the outside of the engine bay and
front grill with a jet spray. Water must have gotten in the wrong area
since my horn makes rapid, and short honks when turning. Where is the
horn located?  Maybe a short?  It sounds when I make a soft turn,
doesn't do it when I make hard turn into a parking place or say a 80-90
degree turn. This is the V6 engine. Any suggestions?
