I had orignally replied to just the sender, but it looks like the list

I don't know what Phil's definition of "hideously expensive" is, but
2Bennett Audimotive (916.758.7325) can probably beat it.

They've developed a jig that can bend a stock 4kq/GT tie rod in order to
clear the wastegate.  I have one myself.  I provided them the tie rod
and gave it to Andrew when they were in Portland for a track day back in
February.  Once I paid them to bend the bar and ship it back to me, my
total cost was less than $70.
