  Big reds are phenomenal brakes.

Big reds may add significant (define please) UN-sprung weight to a 911 S
with alloy calipers or an SC with M calipers (both of which are dual piston
fixed) but the fact is the G60 is a freakin' boat anchor.

I may start a healthclub featuring G60s in the free weight section for
Olympic body builders.

Fact remains that even with 330 mm rotors a big red setup adds a nominal
amount of weight to the stock S4 setup thanks to the aluminum Vs. cast iron
caliper and mounting hat.

If you want the hard specs (as opposed to conjecture) from someone with more
brake BTDT than most of us combined contact carl@info2000.net

He helped put my big red kit together. Contact him if you have questions or
if you are interested in a big red kit.
