<<the entire window switch pad up out of the armrest.  Remove the wire harness
<<from the window switch that's not working and plug into another switch to
<<test.  This will show you if you have a faulty switch ( very common ).

An even easier test is to just shower the switch with WD 40, and see if that
cures the problem.  This fixed the problem 90% of the time on my old Coupe
GTs.
