RE: Warped Rotors
Same exact scenario happened to me, here is how I solved it:
new rotors or machined rotors
new Repco "semi organic" pads
burn them in as soon as possible (ride the car in first gear with the brakes
on) till they are good and hot,
Enjoy the rest of life with good brakes (no vibration), stops well all the
time cold or hot (no racing).
The only drawback is life expediency, not too high, in 90% city driving,
about 15-20,000 miles, when replacing, DO NOT machine rotors just new pads
and break them in again, done it 4 times already with no problem.
