OXS light on and I don't know why!

the earlier vw/audis were easily reset.
find a black box that is inline in the speedo cable (about 2x3x3) with a
recessed black button.  the box should be near the left side of the firewall
in the engine compt or under the raintray near the ww wipers.
use a small screwdriver or equivalent to push the recessed button in
until it clicks (1/4" to 1/2").
if you don't have this box, then the reset is hidden in the instrument
cluster and you won't find it without a picture nearby.
