V8 quattro woes

I have a 90 V8 quattro (automatic) which I am having some troubles with.
Seems like it doesn't have a decent gasket in it. Any oil or fluid in it
has a dying desire to escape its confines. The rear diff.., the various
steering hoses etc... Is anyone aware of any secret warranties on this??
There seems to be oil dripping out of two vents at the bottom of the
bellhousing which 	drips onto the exhaust crossover. Is this a leaking rear
main seal? The car has 240K Kms on it.
Another problem I am having with it is an annoying kick in the rear when
the tranny shifts. It doesn't happen every time..just enough to bug me.
