I resemble that remark.

Actually, my white '98 A4 1.8TQ(only options, sport suspension and sport
seats) is my first Audi(my only other new car was a '91 SE-R that I drove
for 140k miles). I am a database administrator so I'm "into computers" and
by virtue of that, I have a reasonable amount of disposable income.
However, I don't consider myself to be a yuppie scumbag or immature.

I bought the A4 because I wanted an AWD sport sedan that was reasonably
priced. The only other choice was a Subaru Legacy GT which didn't quite
compare. I never considered a Snaab or a Beemer(I ride motorcycles so
they're Beemers not Bimmers). I'm also not indifferent. I've liked Audis
since I was in high school when they came out with the UrQ and the 5000CS
Turbo Quattro. I try to wave at other Audis but the only response I've
gotten was from someone in Lexington driving a V8 one morning. I think
I'll start waving to older Audis and give up on A4s and A6s.

Oh yeah, I'm going to the Mt. Washington Hill Climb if that means anything.

I just wanted to give a demographic.
