Doubt it. If those 'quick' blinks are 1 per second, then you are seeing
a single 4, not 1111. There is 2.5 seconds between each digit, a blink
on time is 0.5 second and there is 0.5 second between each blink.
1111 would be 0.5s blink, 2.5s off four times. 4 blinks in ~12s.
A single 4 would be 4 blinks in ~4s.
Don't expect these times to be too accurate - maybe +/- 15%.
