IMO, of all the tools in your box, this is the place to splurge. I bought
a 3/8 Snap-on QC 2 FR 75, (ratcheting, accurate down to 5ft lbs., flex head)
from George Pennington, a CA dealer who discounts to the list. $160? He
also shipped it free. 818-352-2933.
