Thanks, everyone. Yep... It's a bad switch. For some reason, the swap on the
drivers side wouldn't work -- apparently my pass side switch was stuck open
(closed?) and wouldn't let the other switch work. I did the WD-40/pencil
eraser trick on the pass switch. It's now intermittent. I think I'll try
some contact enhancer before I go for the replacement.
