Frank-

I'd like to, but it seems that from what other v8 owners have said, this can
be a problem. I, too have this problem on occasion, but have not quite licked
it yet.  Maybe I can figure it out this weekend:-).  

What I've had done:  Breather hoses replaced/ valve cover gaskets replaced,
distributor o-ring replaced.  Also, make sure the oil filler cap is seating
correctly.  The gasket WILL deteriorate and subsequently leak.  
Also, try to keep the oil fill level close to the bottom of the dipstick rage
mark-  I think there was a tsb on that.  

Heard that a certain hose off the auto trans, if not properly seated, will
leak.  So make sure it is engine oil and not trans fluid.

 Maybe someone else can elaborate.
