my v8's going on sale

ok gang, i'm finally putting up my v8 for sale.. in about 3 months from
now.  one owner car, exceptionally maintained by one dealer only, fully
documented, burgandy/tan, 109K actual, 85K on the odo.  mechanically
perfect, a few dings/scratches, absolutely no accidents.  wiring harness
for extra bright headlights, 17X8 BBS RX, UFO to regular brake conversion,
sony in-dash face plate removable CD, pirelli p7000 235/45ZR17 with lots
of tread left, studded snows on steel wheels, full set of hardcopy factory
manuals, full sized spare. 

new tranny at ~30K, new shocks at 60K, most of the 120K items already done
except timing belt.  new engine & tranny mounts at 105K, new battery at
90K (i think) has the smarty tranny brains.  new distributor caps/rotors
and serpentine belt at ~100K.  

basically everything that needs replacing has been replaced.. the car runs
without a hitch and without a worry.  i have a very large stack of service
records so i can't recall all the details right now.. feel free to ask. 
paintwork is in excellent shape, car is garaged/covered/parked in shade
most of its life. 

this is an exceptional example of a v8 and i intend to sell to a buyer who
values the lavish care given to it.  $15K or highest offer.

why am i selling?  they finally made an audi that got me interested:
a4 1.8T avant.  my order's in, the car will be arriving late summer
early fall.
