91 200TQW purchase questions

I have found,quite unexpectedly =),a 91 200TQW for sale with 103,000mi.  I
know the heater blower motor is gone but as yet have little else to go on
mechanically.  Otside it's pearl.  Inside grey w/ sport seats.  Cosmeticly, It
looks really clean-not even a door ding on the rear flanks!.  The only
blemishes I could find were at the panel seams at the lower corners of the
lift gate at the rear.  There appeared to be some minor discoloration which
looked like the beginnings of rust?  No bubbles or cracks, just discoloration.
No price has been discussed but the owner is anxious.  So am I...  I would
greatly appreciate input from list members.
1. What problems should I look for (I know about the UFO's)?
2.  Should I be very concerned about that discoloration at the rear seams?
3.  Are the 91's any more difficult($$$) than the earlier 200's to maintain?
4.   Anyone interested in my 89 200TQW if I buy this????
