Bill (sorry for the bandwidth waste),
Saw a bunch of Trabis in Poland spring of 1991. Many in immaculate shape
and they look "neat" once restored or "souped up" with larger wheels,
bigger engine etc...

Good luck with your project. Car i supposedly indestructable since it is
made out of some type of laminated cellulosa fibers. Don't deteriorate,
don't burn, can't be chemically dissolved. At least what I remember from
information given when I was back in Sweden (prior to 1993).
