Will et48 5 and half 14J steels fit OK?

Found three steel rims with correct bolt pattern but 48mm offset in the junk yard on an old 100LS.  Manufacture date on them appears to be 10/74. I would use these for snows on my 86 4ks.  Is the offset still close enough if I use a narrow snow such as 175 70 14?  Or can I use the 195 60 14 on these too?  Thanks for any info.  

By the way, I posted a question regarding the instrument cluster on an 86 4ksq. Mine has a fuel gauge with 60 litre measure.  Is this from a quattro, or is from a coupe or other 4ks, that may have been measured with 13 inch tires and therefore the reason for my 10% difference in speed?  At 100 kms on speedo, I am really going 110.  Thanks on this too.
