82 VW Cabrio Head Gasket Replacement

I probably know the answer to this question, but might as well try:

Is there anyone in the Boston/Framingham area who would be interested in
helping me replace my headgasket on my '82 VW Cabrio some weekend in the
relatively near future?

I want to learn how to do it -- and I probably could do it on my own, but
there are a few things I need help with like -- identifying cracks in the
block (if any), using a pressure tester (don't have one and in general --
not f--king the whole thing up!!

I figure its worth a couple hundred bucks and a constant flow of beer!

Anyone?
