oil pump mech or elec

Is the oil pump in ~90 200Q's mechanical or electrical? I think I destroyed
the oil pump in my 100, and it was mechanical, but I had so many other
things to worry about that was not one of them.

PS - the local dealer parts/service people told me that the two piece
exhaust manifold did not flow any differently than the one piece; just that
it wouldn't crack. ? Whatever, I believe the Qlisters who've BTDT.
