Crazy Jaguar brakes

Back in my youth, the police in Derbyshire had several Mk II Jaguars.

All of them went to 220k miles without major engine work - I remember a
major piece in the local paper about it.

Having said that, my accountant has an XJ12 and has had nothing but
trouble with the fuel delivery system.
