Euro 90s have twin-bulb H4/H1 lights, no side markers or place for them.
The turn signals on those cars are in the bumper, next to the OE foglights.

While they would fit, dimensionally, you'd have to hack the bumper about on
US cars to fit the turn signals.

European Audi 80 lights ('86-'91 type 89/B3) would fit perfectly without
mods, and improve the light output by about 2000%.
