Difference between 200 with 1B engine and 20v engine.

Does anyone know if the differences between the 200 quattro with the 2226cc 1B engine and
the 20v model are limited to the engine, ECU etc or do other things differ.  My experience
is that there are lots of differences between pre 87 and 88 on 200s with things like window
motors, climate control unit and other electrics.  I am assuming that such items do not
differ on 1B and 20v models.  Am I correct?

The reason for asking is we have a wrecked 200 with the 1B engine that we may want to
plunder for spares for a 20v model.
