re:Dot 3/Dot4 Mis

Dot 3 and Dot 4 brake fluids are usually NOT compatible.  Check the can
carefully.  What brands are you mixing?  What can happen is that they
will coagulate as they are made of different compound structure.  Read
both bottles/cans carefully.  If they say on the back that they are
compatible, it's ok.  If not.....flush the system.....IE...bleed
straight through with 2 - 3 cans of whatever you wish to use all the
time.
