K27 apps in 5KCSTQ? and Pike's Peak?

OK Guys,

	How many of you have put a K27 in a 5KCSTQ?  I suspect if you have, 
it was just the cold side as the hot side is not a "bolt-on" at all.

	I'm half way there, but the alternator is in the way.   I've 
figured out how to move the alt. over about an inch I think, and I'm 
doing that this afternoon, but I'm wondering if there is an easier way.  

	The only other difficult part will be making an albow tight 
enough to clear the intercooler support which is just in front and a 
little bit outboard of the compressor inlet.   I think I'll make a form 
and fabricate the elbow out of fibreglass.   Then I'll form the bypass 
valve inlet right into the composite elbow while I'm at it.  I think it 
will end up nice, but its going to be alot of work.

	The clearance to the frame rail is acceptable.  I thought that 
might be a trouble spot as well, but I guess it looks OK so far.

Also, for you guys out at Pike's Peak, let's have a report.   I'm sure 
_someone_ has a laptop with them.  :-)
