4kq vaccum (what should it be)

	I have been trying to slowly eliminate all the wonderful vaccum
leacks that my 4kq has.  I think I have most of them as my car idles good
now but unfortunately I dont think I have them all.  When I open my oil
cap the engine wont die. 
	Anyhow, I hooked up a vaccum gauge to a working line and at idle I
was seeing about 12 in/hg, upon flooring the throttle it would drop to
zero momentarily and then rise to about 15.  Then upon closing the
throttle it would rise to about 20 in/hg and then drop to 12 again at
idle.  I cant find any reccomendations in the bently on this matter but
could someone tell me what I should be getting and what these reading mean
if anything.  I have never really done this with a car before so have
means of camparison.  Thankyou.
