The weird mixture and CIS FV problems are back after several weeks of flawless operation. Now the problem happens after about 5 mins from cold-start where before it was after 0.5-1.0 hours of operation. Nothing has been changed. The FV duty-cycle goes up to 80-90% and the mixture is way too rich. Both times when this new 'warm-up mode' failure happened I tired switching the ignition off and immediately back on while rolling and this made the problem 'go away' 100% for the remaining duration of the < 1 hour trip. This is beginning to feel more like a bad F/TCU and not a faulty sensor.
