The main problem in steady-stating is getting enough air past the
vehicle - especially the intercooler. We have a couple of AWD rolling
roads around here, but they're no good for turbos. You have to dump
a couple of hundred kilowatts of heat to air _and_ get good flow over
the intercooler.
