RE: Rolling Dyno Question

I just asked our smog shop about the awd car smog procedures, & he 
said that permanent awd's would be exempt from the dyno test & would be 
tested using the old stationary no load procedures (we are in southern
california0smog test capitol). He did'nt know however wht the smog price 
would be-the older cheaper or the new expensive charge.
  On our race car projects to set up the Motec injection, we have 
disconnected the front drivehsafts & locked the center diff ( oh well 
for those dreaded torsen cars) & away it went as a rwd Audi, worked real 
well & was interesting to drive-nice power on slides on the street with
300+ hp & 2 wd :).
