It is unfortunate that the Garret/Turbonetics do not bolt up, they are 
much more current in their design & much more efficient. We have used 
them on several Audi projects with great success-much quicker throttle 
response & reduced lag even though it was a bigger unit. The prices for 
new turbos & parts are cheaper as well. There is also a new T3 turbo 
using ceramic ball bearings which offer improved spool up & are better 
for high boost applications.
  There may be a bolt on Garret turbo in the not to distant future which
will bolt on to the stock exhaust manifold, will let you know more when 
possible.
